Arctic Alaska spans millions of acres of wild, culturally rich, and biologically vibrant lands. Protecting these public lands is essential to confronting climate change and safeguarding irreplaceable biodiversity for generations to come.

The Arctic National Wildlife Refuge and the Western Arctic Reserve are the ancestral homelands of the Gwich’in and Iñupiat peoples.
